Every team has its years where they are championship contenders, but there are also years that involve assembling assets and doing so by getting high draft picks. Teams will have to start the rebuilding process because of a lack of success with their current team, or even mediocrity. This is normally triggered by old age, a lack of team chemistry, or any form of discontent.
